More Sonic games this year

In an interview Sega's Takashi Iizuka has confirmed there will be more sonic games released this year in addition to the already announced Shadow game.

He has also hinted that older Sonic games including Sonic CD could be revived.

It would be cool if they remastered the old 2d sonic games with updated graphics and music but still keeping them 2d. Kinda like the Sega Ages series.
