Music issues playing games through Fenrir

ok I have my Fenrir up and running but there seems to be audio issues. Has anyone experienced this and know how to rectify?
Games tried
Sega Rally - music tracks do not play. Sound effects fine
Afterburner 2 - very annoying repeated noise instead of music track. Sound effects fine
Virtua fighter - same as after burner

I have not tried any other games yet
