I think the crapiest game of those is Fahrenheit, but I must admit I've never played Tomcat Alley so I don't know if it's even crapier (seems impossible to me) ^^

rise of the dragon was one of the coolest adventure games on the sega cd it was one of my favorites along with willy beamish and lunar
