Project completed: Game Basic Database

After more than 2 months of offline work, I really happy to announce that our project is completed: our Game Basic for Sega Saturn Database is now online!

This database consists of all Game Basic programs that we could find. I want to thanks vbt for his help on this task. He helped me finding some rare programs on the Internet.


Here are some statisctics about this database:

- 477 entries, all tested

- 372 different programs (Demos, Tools, Games, Music,...)

- 1802 screenshots made from real hardware

- 459 videos for more than 13 hours of watching

- more than 2 months of work


Programs will be available for download soon, as I need to write some pieces of code before.

I didn't know that there are so many GameBasic programs out there, very impressive!!!

My impression was, that there has been quite a nice GameBasic devver fanbase in japan. Maybe it wasn't recognized that much outside japan.

Yes there are so much impressive GB programs(Madroms did a really hug work ) maybe I'll submit a new GB entry this year for sure it won't be as good as those programs. I may have something to test about PCM.

After a lot of uploads, all the videos of the Game Basic Database are now available on Youtube. The basic source codes will be available for download in 1 or 2 weeks.

Xmas before Xmas 😀 All the Game Basic programs (except the ones found on the Game Basic CD) are now available for download.

What about high def videos of the Game Basic entries for the next update ? We will see...
