Looking at the picture, it seems it's just a sticker on a normal Saturn. Ever heard of this ?

It sure looks like a sticker on a regular Saturn 😀

But as he's not asking a huge price for it, it can be a good way to buy a modded Saturn (if it's the case 🙂 )
