Can't go wrong with Bioware. Really looking forward to more info being released. I am a huge fan of Super MArio RPG on the SNES.

When BioWare announced that they would be developing a Sonic the Hedgehog RPG for the DS, reactions ranged from the enthusiastic to the incredulous to the horrified. Some folks likened the project to Shakespeare writing for Saturday Night Live, while others thought it was an idea doomed to failure. We at Game|Life were certainly intrigued: BioWare has a long history of delivering high-quality, satisfying RPGs and Sonic...well, let's just say he's seen better days.

We talked to BioWare's CEO Ray Muzyka and President Greg Zeschuk about the upcoming project. Unfortunately, they didn't want to talk about any specific aspects of the game itself, like the gameplay, plot, or controls, but they did share some of their thoughts about designing for the DS and the appeal of the Sonic franchise.
