Sega SVP chip docs

Remember the mysterious SVP chip used in Virtua Racing to add stuff like polygons? Nobody has emulated it yet.

I decided to stop being lazy and made some docs on it:

I spent a few bucks on the paper version of that =/ Well, I'll try to find those tools now...

Try contacting Samsung. The only really interesting thing (and the only important one) is the processor manual, tools can always be recreated.

I already did. Waiting for a reply. What I meant with getting the tools was that I can disassemble them and take the instruction set out.
