Super Runabout not booting

I've got a JAP Dreamcast and I'm trying to get a PAL Super Runabout to boot, I use DC-X to boot my games and they all work fine accept for this one, it begins to boot gets to the WINCE logo then the screen just turns black and it hangs 🙁 , is it the boot disc that can't boot WINCE games? , has anyone else had this problem and solved it
