It's basically a pinball game based on the Worms world and made by Team17. The game had to be published by Ocean for the end of 1996. Please share your infos about this game here 🙂
I believe it was released as Addiction Pinball (?) for PC and maybe playstation, and other the dot matrix super sheep minigame and the music, it was quite forgettable.
