What was this strategy game for SegaCD?

I remember playing a strategy game...which I think was war related. I know it isn't Third World War. What other strategy games were developed for SegaCD?

Skimming the SegaCD "Strategy" genre at VGRebirth, it looks like it might be Dark Wizard or Power Monger (I had no idea this was ported to Sega CD...).
