Which AC adapter is compatible with a JVC Wondermega?

Do I need a Genesis/Megadrive 1 or Genesis/Megadrive 2 A/C adapter?


I'm sure to have a hard time rounding up a JVC original.

The JVC uses a

9.5v 1.5a -(+

The Genesis model II (MK-2103) will fit, but it may have trouble running sega CD games as it only supplies 0.85A.

You can look for power supplies at a thrift store that match those requirements, or buy a universal one at radio shack.
