Is it possible to force the PAL games that normally only run at 50hz into 60hz with action replay? there are some xploder codes here but I cannot find any for action replay.

Whatever formats used they cannot be worse than steam.

It probably depends on the amount of work and the amount of profit they would make from the game. I doubt they have any loyalty left for saturn exclusivity as ultimately they are just a business(even if a very talented one) who want to make as much money as possible.

I have never played it, so I don't know.
