Version 1.00E Release Notes
The ADPCM Encoder is a tool for producing ADPCM data that is compatible with the Sega Basic Library's (SBL) ADPCM Playback Library. The encoder is capable of converting 8, 16, or 24 bit mono/stereo AIFF or Sound Designer II format files.
Note: The ADPCM Encoder does not perform sample rate conversion, so input files should already be preformatted at 37.8 kHz (level B) or 18.9 kHz (level C).
