The S.S.T.Band soundtrack replaces the default Rev.B music, although you're free to rename the replacement files to either the Rev.A music or the AB1 (After Burner 1) music. Both Super Stripe & City 202 are from track one of the S.S.T. Band Live! album, while both Maximum Power & Red Out are from the After Burner album.
You will need a Redump rip of Sega Ages: After Burner II (though it should also work with Sega Ages Volume 1)—as I am legally not allowed to provide a copy for anyone—and replace the original tracks, and that's it.
There are two versions of "After Burner": One from the 1988 album "Galaxy Force -G.S.M. SEGA 1-" and another from the 1990 album "After Burner". If you're not sure which one to select, here are YouTube references so you can pick which ones you like the most:
