NiGHTS Into Dreams: Pedestrian Challenge 2024-07-06.01

This version drops the time limit during normal stages entirely. During boss fights, the clock counts down to 0 and then freezes there, rather than wrapping around.

This version adds a patch for the PAL version of NiGHTS. Apply nights-pedestrian-pal.xdelta to your image that matches NiGHTS into Dreams... (Europe) (Track 01).bin.

This patch prevents Night Over from happening too early on the first mare of a dream.
