This is a patch for SoulCalibur Tokubetsu Taikenban, the Dreamcast demo disc for SoulCalibur that was bundled with the SoulCalibur Starting Guide!! strategy guide.
The demo is based on a build of the game from 1999-06-17, 27 days before the final retail build. Although it limits which modes and characters you can access, the disc has a more or less complete set of files.
The patch removes the demo restrictions and allows you to play all of the modes and characters. It also makes the hidden Motion Monitor mode available.
