64pin Saturn Modding Problem

Hiya ive just modded my 64 pin saturn using the A+B technique. Everything is connected and the cd spins, detects a cd but for some reason wont detect that its a saturn disk. All it will play is the audio tracks.

Does anyone know what i have done wrong to make the saturn do this?

Hope someone knows as im stumped lol

hmmmm i don't know what i did but its playing originals again. Just doesn't wanna play backups. Should i remove the A+B and just go for the 8pin? is that the cause of the problem?

Not all 64pin systems can be sucessfully modded so its possible youv got one of these systems.

Otherwise, just check the ribbon cable. It can be a real pain getting it to go in right since the twist in the cable and the fact the chip faces away from the CD board create an awkward situation.
