Action replay save game transferring

With an action replay & cable would it be possible to have the save game on your PC and make it able for download?

This way I could make my shooters for Dezaemon 2 downloadable (for the persons that have an action replay + cable)

and my Shining force 3 saves

It is also a good solution to backup large number of saves ...
