Why dont people read the documentation or look around at the websight ?
Well you need to have a patching program somthing like ips.exe or somthing..... many work . then have your patch and file in the same folder , both unzipped . The patching programs so easy to use my dead grandpa could do it ...even if you have to use it in dos just use a shortcut and follow the commands it list when the pachting program opens . C: mw4.smd / english.doc .
Most emulator dont support patching very well , if at all
some do great .
