Arcade Joysticks for Jap Dreamcast

Hey guys I gots a ? for you all. I got a Japanese Dreamcast with some nice fighting games which arcade joystick do you guys recomend? I know the Agetec is one of the best for the US I dont know if they one for the Japanese Dreamcast as well,, by the way are joysticks compatible between US/Pal/Jap. Do I have any other choices?,, Thanks

Apart from the EU and Jap Sega lightguns not working with US lighgun games all acessories are region free.
