Are there current sega cd and saturn emulators which allow debugging at some level.

I wanted to confirm if there are any current emulators for the sega cd and Saturn which allow some level of debugging?

I ask as i am working on a translation project, and i wish to explore this as a potential tool in my belt towards this goal.

Any responses welcome, and thank you in advance.

Yabause is a Saturn emulator. Mednafen can emulate other systems but not Sega CD at the moment.

bizhawk has a number of tools available, not sure if it has exactly what you are looking for. But it does play both saturn and sega cd games.
