Battle frenzy megaCD

Has anyone played Battle Frenzy (BloodShot) for the MegaCD/SegaCD?

I've played the MegaDrive version, and I want to know if the CD version is a significant improvement over the MegaDrive version in the animation/smoothness department. Also if it happens to have a worthwhile CD soundtrack.

I have it but I haven't played the Megadrive version...I has a CD soundtrack I think (Its been a while since the last time I played it) Ill give it another go now..
