Well, I have a broken Mega CD JAP MODEL 1. The problem with it is that the CD Tray does not open, nor read, and I can't press nothing on the pad. I suppose something with CD reader is bad.
Also, the sound is distorted, as if the volume is exceded.
Then, I have a broken Mega CD PAL Model 1. It doesn't turn on at all. The fuse is OK, so I don't know what does happen with it.
So I tried to remix pieces from those two, and have been able to have one Working Mega CD. I simply changed the board where power is from the JAP one to the PAL, so the PAL does work. But the sound is distorted, so I suppose it has something to do with this board.
Does anyone have an idea of what can be doing the sound be distorted? Also, I can use the mega cd as PAL or JAP only exchanching the bios. I have seen some time ago something about multibios here... well, I have two original BIOS. Is there any way to put a switch so it uses one or another?
