The Genesis Game Guide is fairly complete, if a little out of date. The Megachart may be a more compact version of the above (don't know for certain, haven't looked at it yet).
Gives a discription of the game, and alternate names for it (the english name, the japanese name, etc) as well as who made it, when, etc. Has Sega Genesis, CD, and 32X.
Digital Press has some nifty lists that include some nuggets of information, an estimated rarety value, and a 'normal' price listed for each game. Spiffy stuff.
