CPK FMVs to MPEG project

Hey everyone, I am currently working on a prototype turning cinepak fmv files into mpeg for easier baking of subtitles into a MPEG file I have a working prototype with the game Neon Genesis Evangelion 2nd Impression a game notorious for having weird cinepak files and generally not wanting to have edited cpk files. After driving my head into a wall, I thought about silver star story MPEG edition and wondered how hard it would be to make a MPEG version of NGE 2nd Inpression and was able to get MPEGs working with my own Saturn MPEG player. My question is now does it work on real hardware? I have a Saturn movie card coming in the mail and was wondering if anyone with a HiSaturn or a satiatior could test if it works. I have no clue if this would be beneficial to anyone else but it has been working wonders for me. I have attached a photo of the MPEG running I was able to extend the video vertically to add a subtitle window so it doesn’t take up any FMV real estate. Another problem I ran into was finding an emulator that works with an MPEG card and found that the only good emulator that has MPEG card support is an emulator called erings by user-none on GitHub. Again anyone with a real MPEG card and a way to play a bin cue on a Saturn please contact me I need to know if it works on real hardware.
