Has anyone actually tried those? They appear to be exe file downloads, which make me quite skeptical.

Those exe files are real game setups. I've download a lot of!!!!

I would check your computer for spyware if I were you, adware and malware as well. Those are obviously packaged roms with some sort of emulator, which I'm guessing is an illegally packaged emulator as well. I can almost guarantee those games aren't really free, as who ever is providing those unlikely holds rights to distribute the actual games those contain.

I broke down and downloaded one to take a look. It is indeed illegaly doing this, and bundling an OLD version of Kega Fusion with a rom which is not a good thing. Stay away from this ass hole site, and make a complaint.

I fired off a complaint to the ISP owning the address space for the IP that hosts this site. Probably just pissing in to the wind though, it appears to be in russia.
