Dreamcast and Saturn AV cables

i was just wondering if dreamcast and saturn use the same cable to connect to the tv, just like how the snes, n64 and GCN use the same cable??

In a word, no.

The saturn uses a round 10 pin impossible-to-find mini DIN plug, while the Dreamcast uses a flat i-don't-know-how-many pin plug, that looks vaguely like a PSX A/V plug (I think, from memory).
