DS Full Launch Details!

The US launch is still scheduled for Nov 21st and the Japanese release for Dec 12th. Five first party titles will be released on launch and 6 or 7 third party titles will be released also. The average game price will be about $30USD.

The wireless device will not just allow for wireless gamming but will allow you to download the multiplayer parts of games that you do not own and play them without owning the game!

Nintendo will be allowing people to download demos of the games they are interested in purchasing to test them out before buying.

Another cool feature is that with the upcomming Pokemon movie, the DS will be able to interact with it in theatres. The kids are going to love this feature.

where is the DS going to store all this stuff? or is it like the GBA where it only sticks around until you turn it off? and if so, it must have a pretty good amount of memory to fit a game demo in it. Either way, I'm pretty excited for the possibilities. and that pokemon scheme is pure (evil) genious. 😉
