E Book Operator for the Sega Saturn

Hi,

I have been going through some of my saturn documentation and i was looking at the Sega Soft Information pamphlets that come in some saturn games when i saw the "e-book operator" on the back page of one of these. It is similar to the Photo CD operator only it lets you view e-books. can anyone verify whether this was actually released (for japan). Does anybody Have One? any information would be appreciated.
