Why there is still nothing ? Actually I'm sure it would run at full speed on a decent PC. I's love to play on Panzer Dragoon Orta.

I believe there is one, I don't remember the name of it. By the same guy that started(?) the OpenXDK. Last I heard it could run Turok, but I heard that a long time ago, and may be entirely inaccurate.

The one you're thinking of is CXBX. There was another one, but as far as I know they're both abandoned.
