Finally, some Sonic & SEGA XBLA details

For the first time since its announcement back at The Last E3 Evar we finally have some new info regarding SEGA's involvement with Xbox Live Arcade, and the original Genesis/Mega Drive launch title, Sonic the Hedgehog.

Sonic MD finally comes to the XBox Live too 🙂
