Forum Upgrade

I'm going to be upgrading the forum sometime today, and the board will be offline during that time. It's a slightly bigger version change then normal so the downtime may take longer then normal, or may not. We'll find out.

Upgrade broke the theme worse then usual, rather then rolling back I decided to simply put everyone on the default theme for the time being.
