Game will not load !!!!

I just got Shining Force III and it will not load, the only thing it will do is list track and time TRACK 2 TIME 00:08

The other games auto load and do not show Track and Time from the system menu. I cleared memory just to see if that was the problem. Please help.

Original , This is also a model 1 Saturn so I don't know if that makes a difference.

When I hit play it starts reading it like a music CD showing the Tracks and Time on top of controll menu.

that sounds really weird. Unless your playing an import on the wrong region system, i can't think of anything. Maybe others can!

Im gone to try a good cleaning, what do you suggest to clean disc with?

I looked at the disc and it is USA. This game is the reason I got the Saturn just my luck 🙁

Update: I just put the game in and it loaded :banana I did nothing to it yet.

after about 10min I got a (disc read error) it said ck disc and I think lens. What does all this mean?? :rant

Not at all , what is the best for cleaning the lens and disc.
