I am not sure where they are from or what they do but they seem to be missing a chip. These might just be useless husks, but they are shaped like gameboy carts, although they don't boot up. I don't even know what they're for. There's a slot in the side of them that looks like it holds a chip. If you'd like pictures, pm me. It costs differently depending on where you live. It is determined by weight and speed, and if you want special services, such as insurance or delivery confirmation.
