GDROM Hacks?? Please read

I am going to build myself an arcade machine with a DC as the core. I would like to have the design to incorperate a tray style drive as uposed to the lid style which the DC has. Has anyone heard of or seen anyone hack a GDROM into a CDROM case so as to make switching games not such a pain????

Also would be really cool to hack some of the GDROM inards into a 100 disk

CD changer to make the ultimate DC jukebox!!

I know that the HKT-01 Development Box has its GD-Drive in a tray. If one checks out how that works, I'm sure they could easily turn the retail Dreamcast one into a tray as well.
