Help - Ripping Astal's Music to MP3

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, but...

Many years ago, I used to own a Saturn, and with it a copy of Astal. My Saturn broke down, but my copy of the game remains. I'm trying to figure out what I have to do to get the music into MP3 format so I can hear it again after all these years. There is one CD Audio track that's no problem to get, but the rest is in-game synth. I've noticed that the CD contains various .SND files, but these don't play when opened in any audio software. Is there some kind of converter I can use? I don't have access to a Sega Saturn, but any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I used a normal CD audio ripper to get the one CD Audio track off the CD, but the real music is the in-game synth that doesn't have corresponding CD Audio tracks. I'm not familiar with the file types that Saturn games use, but I'm assuming that the *.SND files on the CD are those synth files. What I'm looking for is a way to either play them using a program or convert them to MP3s.
