Help with Gulliver Boy translation (parchment riddle)

Hello, I want to ask a question. I came across this weird thing, that doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere I looked. Of course, my Japanese is practically nonexistant, but still... In the game there is obscure sidequest. One woman in Crete settlement wants a handkerchief (or something like that), that is bought in Casablanca. In responce she gives a parchment. Apparently, poem, that is written on parchment is a code... but not only I can't understand it due to my bad Japanese, I looked over ten or so walkthroughs, and none of them seem to have this parchment at all. So... Can anyone help me with this?

As far as I'm aware, it doesn't. Just in case, I checked some places that have similar things (like ninjas ), but assuming that this old scroll related to some old place, most areas are out of question.
And I don't think it's a riddle, it's likely a coded message (as in you need to arrange or take specific letters, to get a message). That's why I asked in the first place - I can run text through translator, but this requires some understanding of japanese. From knowledge of areas in the game, there is only one place, that contain nothing in particular. It's called ポセイドン港 (Poseidon's Harbor, I assume). I'm pretty sure, that this place is somehow connected to this. I just hope, that solution doesn't involve filling in blanks.
