Im not particularly impressed, considering that current and soon to be released PC games are in many cases looking this good or better. If this is using 'next-generation' hardware then Sega either doesn't know how to use it properly or its far too weak to hold durring this coming generation.

Bad? I don't think it looks bad by any stretch. There is some nice texture work in there - check out the dude's jacket and the water reflection on the fifth pic, and the gauze on the last pic. The models look a bit low-poly, and surely the game could use better antialiasing, but the lighting effects and textures are certainly nice. I bet this game looks great in motion.
 
I'd love to see this show up at a local arcade, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon. I agree that the screens don't look 'next gen' but when a slew of zombies are coming at you I doubt you'll be too worried about that. I like the widescreen display, but I prefer pistols or shotguns to SMGs in arcade shooters.
