HV Counter Progression

Hello Again,

I successfully resolved all my questions about horizontal interrupt technicalities. Just finished making a test program that displays 224 alternating red and blue lines by swapping the background color every horizontal interrupt.

I'm trying another even more time sensitive experiment that involves the HV counter. Particularly the Horizontal Counter. I understand that the value of the horizontal counter is representative of 2 pixels in width as opposed to the 1:1 ratio of the Vertical Counter to vertical lines. The dot clock on the Genesis is 6.711647MHz. Does this mean the Horizontal Counter changes value at half the frequency (3.3558235MHz)?

Thanks a lot!
