i have a question for you guys ?

I would just look for any kind of electronics repair shop. What kind of repairs are we talking here?

I worked in a TV repairshop back in high school, and we actually worked on everything from toasters to arcades.

Well, you'll likely have to look around. Many of the local game shops offer those services, but the last time I personally saw one was in 2010 in Erie, Pennsylvania. Really, the reason why it's so hard to find console repair services is that there is really no market for electronic engineers in the US. I have a degree in electronic engineering, myself, and I have never made money with those skills, beyond a few laptop DC jack replacements, and one Gameboy ProSound mod.

Now, it's not so hard to do your own repairs, if you study up and work slowly. The biggest risk in repairing electronics is haste. Or frying boards with a too-hot soldering iron. But practice on junk equipment will do a LOT to prevent that.
