Lol, it's just that when you click on some people's name it says "Established Member" under their name. Mine doesn't.

Ah, right now it's based on trophy points - looks like that title happens at 20. It's mostly set to xenforo defaults, which is a combination of likes on things you do and things like message milestones.

I just added a Trophy for uploading a bunch of resources. Boom, you're Established!
