JVC Xeyes Territorial Lockout Mod

Can any1 outthere help me with information on how to mod JVC Xeyes (territorial lockout) so I could play Jap/ US sega cd discs. Please...Thanks!

wouldit not be easier to use the region converter when buring them ?

Connect Pin 107 of Sega BIOS Chip (315-5660) inside the Xeyes to either +5V or Ground (+0v) will do the trick.

Connecting PIN 107 to ground set language to Jap, +5V (Default) to US.
