Beats me what's wrong with kawaks on your comp. I've checked it out next to a real Neo and everything runs the same speed. And I don't need any cracks.
I get speed differences between kawaks and the original arcades (yes, I checked that out between arcades and some computers of some friends and mine; tried all sort of options but never worked).

no, he means that kawaks wil lrun some other brand new games, but its not in the normal version, so theres like a hacked version of kawas 1.44a and a loader for 1.45.
