Preliminary tests show that its peak processing power will be 17.6 teraflops (trillion floating point operation per second). The world's largest supercomputer is located at the Marine Science and Technology Center in Kanagawa, Japan. It can operate at 35.6 teraflops using more than 5,000 processors.
