implemented disc-change support in Voice Paradise and Last Imperial Prince

fixed a slowdown when loading game states with movies

fixed a sprite rendering bug

added a command line option to directly start a CD game : 'pcfx.exe -cd' or 'pcfx.exe -cd:E'

added a new .ini option '[cdrom] driver' to select the CD-ROM driver (SPTI/ASPI)

added a reset option to the keyboard/gamepad 'game' config sub-menu
