Mazinkaizer OVA... Has anyone seen this anime?

I have seen all 7 episodes of the new Mazinkaizer OVA series. Has anyone seen this anime? My impression, after watching this OVA, is that this is some bad OVA, although the animation was quite pretty.

Can anyone comment on this anime? Thanks from koji.
