Apparently John Woo is "exploring" the posiblity of making a Metroid film.

This movie could be good. Especially if they made it like Aliens (either of the first 2 movies). I would also hope they don't try and make it a family friendly PG.

another thought:
Why do studios always insist on making live action movies based on games? Why not do animation? 2D OR 3D.

i dont think 3d animation about a game would be that good. I dont know why, it just seems like good 3d animation movies have to be funny. however good old fashioned animation would be kinda cool, but i dont think many other people (the mainstream) would think so, and so i doubt anyone would do it.

and sorry, i must have missed that little "most" word. I've only seen a couple anyway.
