Mp3 with strange click at the end of track

Another question. I noted strange click (sometimes at start of track) at the end of mp3 tracks (downloaded from various ftp site). It's normal leave track like is or it's a problem of extracting from games ? I few word, I must modify those, or exctracting the click from mp3 (before converting it in .wav?) ???

First, convert to WAV; then fix the WAV with some kind of editor like Cool Edit; finally, proceed with the burn.
