My new openMenu fork is everything GDEMU *should* be

For those who haven't seen on X, BlueSky, or Discord, I recently decided to fork both openMenu and GD MENU Card Manager to bring GDEMU users (like me) a truly excellent Dreamcast ODE experience.

The main draw here is a virtual folder/subfolder system for the very first time, but there are many other enhancements and fixes.

Been waiting for something like this for a while. The folder system just works better for what I want imo. I'll have to try this out.

Just be sure to review the documentation.

I'll also be adding a few additional themes very soon, along with a section in the documentation explaining how to install them.
