Pardon my rant, but this looks like a violation of the "No Ebay, Prices MUST be stated, and no ISO/<span style='color:yellow'>ROM</span>" rule.

Well it doesn't actually say he'll give you a lot of roms with it and doesn't even mention any games except the bootcards. It doesn't even say if there are roms on the HD or not. "set up and configured" also refers to the fact that he allready has connected the HD correctly in the Z64 and has partitioned the disk in the required 4x2GB partitions with maybe a batch-file to copy files to and from an optional connected Zip-drive.
